For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned or refunded.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by sharing:

Clear images of the product and outer packaging
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
After the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
